Lords offer three services to Landlords:

Let only
We give your property maximum exposure using the most popular web portals used by potential tenants, this also in conjunction with our own website and the local papers proves to be very effective in finding potential tenants. We request all the usual work and personal references and credit checks to ensure reliable tenants for your property.

Let with Rent Collection
As above but in addition we also organise rent collection to ensure that payment of rent is regulated, organised and on time.

Fully Managed
This service includes all of the above, in addition we would also take care of maintenance issues for your property, ideal if you're either too busy or out of the area to deal with the day to day issues of your tenanted property. Lords property uses a bank of tradesmen in the local area, which have proven to be quick, reliable and provide good quality workmanship.

Tenants
